HONEY FIZZ
A rich & sharp cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
35ml Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus
50ml Grünsaft Verjus Loimer
10ml Honey Syrup*
1 London Essence Soda Water
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients except soda together in a shaker with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with Soda Water.
*Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water and allow to cool.
NOGARITA
The freshness & citrus taste of Nogarita.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus
1 spoon Agave Syrup*
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 wheel Lime
1 pinch Salt
METHOD
First prepare your glass by running a Lime wedge around the outside of the rim then roll the rim in salt.
Add all the ingredients with ice to a shaker.
Shake & strain over fresh cubes of ice into a tumbler glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
*Don’t have Agave syrup? Swap it out for Maple or Honey Syrup.
APPLE HIGHBALL
The sweetness of apples, a delicious & refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Captain Morgan 0.0%
50ml Schöner Von Boskoop Apfelsaft Van Nahmen
10ml Grünsaft Verjus Loimer
1 London Essence Ginger Ale
METHOD
Build over ice in a highball glass.
Top with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with apple slices.
SPICED MULE
A healthy spicy & warming version of one of the true classic cocktails.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Seedlip Spice 94 Aromatic
15ml Lime Juice
1 London Essence Ginger Beer
METHOD
Build over cubed ice in a mug.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
PARSON’S
A sophisticated and fruity & crisp cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%
50ml Pomegranate juice
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup*
1 London Essence Soda Water
METHOD
Shake everything with ice, except soda.
Pour into cocktail glass.
Top with Soda Water.
Garnish with a basil leaf.
*Mix 2 parts Sugar with 1 part hot water, stir until dissolved and cool.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%
100ml London Essence Blood Orange and Elderflower tonic
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Sprig of rosemary
METHOD
Fill a large gin goblet (or wine glass) full of ice.
Add the ingredients and stir.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
