Starring, Louis Linster, chef of the famous Michelin star Restaurant Léa Linster in Frisange and youngest Michelin star chef in Luxembourg. A fine dining restaurant embracing a creative and sophisticated kitchen, giving absolute priority to the quality of the products and the harmony of flavors.

As the son of the famous Luxembourgish female chef cook, Léa Linster (winner of the Bocuse d’Or in 1989), Louis grew up in a restaurant and was somehow born to cook.  From a young age, he got to experience loads about fine gastronomy, as his mother took him everywhere.

Louis’ cuisine is Modern French, with influences from all over the world. His creations are European infused with an Asian touch, traditional yet wonderfully creative and cosmopolitan. A mixture of Louis’ travels and experiences throughout the years, combined with modern takes on this mother’s cooking, putting a fresh spin on tradition. Seasonal set menus embracing only the best products with a savoir faire in designing gastronomy. At the Restaurant Léa Linster, Louis offers a personal touch to a contemporary gastronomic dissemination, with a deep respect to seasonality, emotion and unusual attention to detail. It’s about being looked after and made feel special, enhancing the emotional and enchant memorable dining experiences. Accordingly, Louis’ wife Nymoza is bringing an emotional intelligence into fulfilling service as an art, elevating the front of house profession together with the team.
