WHISPERING ANGEL
In the world of rosé wines, the rosés from Château d’Esclans, in the heart of Provence, north-east of St-Tropez, are define and distinguished by their audacity. Château owner Sacha Lichine’s determination to make the best rosés in the world, is driven by the combination of traditional and modern techniques. Grapes are carefully sorted and handpicked at night. Destemming and crushing are practiced to avoid oxidation, and blending is done with the best finest free-run and press juices from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, and Vermentino (Rolle) grapes. Fermentation and aging continue in stainless steel tanks and barrels, depending on the cuvées.
THE WHISPER OF ANGELS
Whispering Angel is the benchmark for Provence rosés. It seduce with its clear, diaphanous colour and intense fruitiness on the palate woth a smooth finish. This rosé is rigorously crafted and is considered to be one of the greatest rosés in the world!
THE ELEGANCE OF A “COUTURE” ROSÉ
The accents of red and black fruits and the remarkable minerality of Whispering Angel perfectly complement aperitifs, raw vegetables, and summer salads. Its elegance is also perfect for Mediterranean cuisine and grilled fish. Fresh fruits will also echo its structure.
