The Golden Hour


10ml Crème de Pêche Liqueur

5ml Maraschino Liqueur

1 Strawberry (Cut into Quarters)

2 Raspberries (Cut into Halves)

3 Blueberries (Cut into Halves)

75 ml Moët & Chandon Impérial


Add the cut berries the Moët large glass and gently press with the back of a spoon. Add liqueurs, top with Champagne, and stir. Fill glass the rest of the way with cubed ice. Garnish with two mint sprigs and some berries and serve with a smile.

Imperial 1869


15 ml Agave Syrup (combine 1 part Agave nectar and 1 part water)

2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

1 Dash Orange Flower Water

100 ml Moët & Chandon Impérial


Pour all the ingredients into your cocktail glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a sprig of Baby’s Breath flowers and serve with a smile.

French 75


15 ml Lemon Juice

10 ml Sugar Syrup

25ml London Dry Gin

75ml Moët & Chandon Impérial


Shake everything except the Champagne and strain into a highball glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with either a lemon slice or zest and serve with a smile.
