Gin can be drunk simply over ice or reveal its flavors by mixing it in cocktails. Symposium offers a perfect serve that is easy to make at home, by mixing each gin with 1 tonic that will bring out the aromatic specificity of each.

The Gin Marconi 42, will be revealed more by using a rock glass, filled with ice, in which it will be advisable to add a dose of gin and to complete with the tonic London Essence grapefruit and rosemary. For garnish, 1 sprig of rosemary will be perfect!

Bertha’s revenge Gin will show its originality as it is made with alcohol from milk and plants grown locally on the land of Ireland. It will bring out a strong juniper nose with warm and spicy notes of sweet citrus, cumin and paprika.

For the perfect digestif, mix 4cl of Bertha’s revenge with 4cl of coffee liqueur and 4cl of crème fraiche. Then pour into a martini glass filled with ice.
